Firstly, if the line is busy and you get through to an answering machine,
please leave your name and number so we can call you back.
 We do get very busy at times and it's always better if we call you back
 when we can give you our undivided attention.
 Even if you don't leave a message, we will always try to call you back
if we can retrieve your number using 1471,
 although if you withold your number or are calling from outside the U.K.
 this is not possible.

You will need the following information at hand;

 The recipients full name.
On most occasions a first name is sufficient; however there are occasions
 when a surname is necessary to locate the correct person
 which is why we must ask for the surname
to avoid any possible confusion.

A full postal address and if possible the postcode.

A contact telephone number.
We would only phone the recipient as a very last resort
 as we would not wish to spoil the surprise.
